How to Edit a PowerPoint Presentation Online

If you need to edit a PowerPoint deck but don't have PowerPoint installed — or you're on a machine where installing software isn't an option — a browser-based presentation editor that actually understands .pptx files is the practical way through.

Importing an existing .pptx file

Presenting

A fullscreen presenter mode shows a live slide counter, a preview of the next slide, and a speaker-notes panel — useful for actually giving the presentation, not just viewing it.

Exporting back to PowerPoint

When you're done, export back to .pptx, or to PDF, SVG, or PNG/JPG. These export formats are available on the Free plan — Pro adds premium templates and higher-resolution image export.
